Favo (his real name is Franklin Ravinos, Favo is just a nickname Tucker's dad would call him by) is Tucker's uncle on his mother's side, And while Allan was his father's brother, Favo got full custody over him because he was the one named his god father. Thus Favo took control over the company when Tucker's parents passed away in a a terrible car accident. He struggled for two years recovering loss stock after the accident, and built the company up to a stronger and more stable one, and even broke some of the previous grossing records. Of course he was doing this so that when Tucker took over the company for himself he wouldn't have such a hard time running it.

Favo is around forty when Tucker is about 17-18 so that gives a good age range.

He got that scar in the same accident that took his baby sister and his brother-in-law, He was riding in the car with allan right behind the main one that had Tucker's parents in it.

He's a very stern man, and doesn't always come off as the nicest guy in the world, especially to Tuck or his friends, but in reality he is a very loving figure in Tuck's life and he's the driving force behind his growth as a man. And unfortunately being born in a high class family he has this sort of thing against middle class and poor people, but he rarely lets that show unless he is comfortable with the person he is around....which he normally isn't..unless it's Tucker..

He is well known for the occasional smack against the back of Tucker's head. It usually gets the point across.
